1. Shipping location and delivery time
   Shipping country: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Hungary
   Processing time: After the order is confirmed, we will complete the inventory preparation and shipment within 15 to 30 working days (the processing time may be slightly extended for customized products or promotional periods).
   Logistics cooperation: Delivered through international logistics partners such as DHL and UPS to ensure safety and reliability
2. Delivery range and cost
   Coverage area: Global delivery is supported (limited in some countries/regions. For details, please refer to the checkout page prompt)
   Shipping fee calculation: Automatically calculated based on destination, and displayed in real time on the checkout page (free shipping for orders within Hungary)
   Tariffs and Taxes: The tariffs that may arise in the destination country shall be borne by the buyer. It is recommended to check the local policies in advance
3. Order tracking
   After shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number (E-mail: oviacity@clotformens.com).
   Track the logistics status in real time through the link in the email or the “My Orders” page on the official website
4. Delay and After-sales Service
   Delayed processing: If the goods are not dispatched within 30 days, we will proactively notify you by email and provide compensation plans (such as discount coupons).

5. Precautions
   Please ensure the accuracy of the delivery address. If the item is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the second shipping fee
