- Scope of policy application
All men’s clothing and accessories sold (including but not limited to tops, trousers, shoes, belts, etc.) are Final sales and no-reason returns, exchanges and refunds are not supported.
Exceptional circumstances: If the received goods have obvious quality issues (such as damage or serious flaws), please provide clear photos/videos with packaging and contact us by email within 48 hours after signing for the goods for handling. - Unsupported return scenarios
Returns or refund requests will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
Returns and exchanges proposed by customers due to their subjective reasons (such as size mismatch, color difference, dislike for style, etc.);
Goods that have had their labels removed, washed or worn;
Applications for quality issues that exceed the 48-hour feedback period. - Quality issue handling process
If you think there is a quality problem with the product:
Contact customer service: Send an email to oviacity@clotformens.com with the subject line “feedback on quality issues + order number”;
Provide evidence: Attach high-definition photos/videos of the problem part of the product and the order information;
Review result: We will reply with the solution by email within 3 working days (such as re-sending or partial compensation). - Shopping suggestions
Please carefully check the size table, material description and color display on the product detail page before placing an order.
For orders in the cooling-off period, you can contact customer service to try to intercept them (only for those that have not been dispatched). - Policy Update
